Corner Bakery Cafe is a U.S. chain of cafes that specialize in pastries, breads, breakfast dishes, gourmet sandwiches, homemade soups, salads, and pasta. Corner Bakery Cafe is considered to be a part of the fast casual market segment of the food service industry, offering a higher quality of food and atmosphere than a typical fast food restaurant, and offering limited table service.

 

During 2012, our interest to accelerate the growth of our group, expand our territory,  and to share best practices, led us to invest in a franchised concept in the U.S.

 

After a good research, we decide to sign with Corner Bakery Cafe a franchise agreement to develop their concept in South Texas, expanding in 2014 our area rights to the Houston market by acquiring 5 restaurants and signing a commitment to open 15 restaurants more in a 5 year period. Today we operate 10 restaurants and 2 ready to open in 2016.
