General Director for Mexico with 25 years of experience in the fast food industry, led the McDonald’s brand in Mexico for 6 years as well as the Burger King brand nation wide. Started in the restaurant business as Regional Manager for Pizza Hut, responsible for opening and operating the northeast region of Mexico.
Jose has a good knowledge and understanding of the diverse markets in Mexico and Latin America and vast experience in start-up and growth of a business through organizational systems, people development, and a customer service focus.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Arcadio has more than 24 years of experience in the restaurant industry in Mexico. He joined Super Salads over 18 years ago and rapidly escalated to the Executive Chef position and Operations Director. He is responsible for the Operations of all the brands of the group in Monterrey, leading a team of 1,400 people.

Executive with over 20 years of experience in management, strategic planning and brand value growth of consumer products and services, with experience in market research, strategic planning, development of communication campaigns, promotional programs, innovation and the development of new products of bread and tortilla brands as Breddy and Mission and beer brands as Tecate and XX.
SERGIO ZAMUDIO
SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
Responsible for product development, product negotiations, storage, logistics and the operation of Tutto Pane, SS Global´s Bakery. Sergio is a key player to maintain and increase our competitive advantage based on our logistics infrastructure and volume negotiation with suppliers. Sergio holds and Executive MBA from IPADE Business School and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsible for Strategic planning, Business Intelligence, Human Resources of SS Global Group. Hugo has been with SS Global for 8 years and holds Bachelors Degree in Accounting from U.A.N.L.

With more than 16 years running restaurants, Miguel opened the first Super Salads franchise in Guadalajara, nowadays, he is responsible for the administration, budget, finance, real estate and construction of the new branches of Corner Bakery in Texas.
STEVE WHIDDON
DIRECTOR OF OPERATION US
Steve has over 15 years working with Corner Bakery, being the most experience team member. He served as Southern Regional Director for the brand and now is responsible for the day-to-day sales, operations, labor and food cost for the branches of our group. Part of his main duties are to accomplish company budgets and build a strong management.
